Microneedling

Microneedling is a minimally invasive treatment used to rejuvenate the skin. Using a hand-held pen with over 30 needles, this controlled-depth device creates microscopic punctures in the top layer of the skin, stimulating new collagen and elastin production. Once the skin is numbed using topical numbing cream, the needles are inserted in at different depths and speeds which are appropriate for different areas of the face.

This method creates short term channels in the skin allow which allow absorption of more natural substances at the time of the procedure—such as pure hyaluronic acid or your own platelet rich plasma (PRP) which further stimulates collagen production.

After the procedure, most clients experience flushed, red skin for 12 to 24 hours, but within two weeks, you will start to see a change that can last up to three months.

If you want to improve skin irregularities and obtain a more youthful skin appearance, you are good candidate for microneedling. While a single procedure will make a noticeable change, a series of three to six treatments is ideal for optimal results.

Results can include improved texture and firmness, as well as a reduction in scars, stretch marks, and pore size. Microneedling can treat or improve a variety of conditions including:
