We are delighted that you have joined the Retief Skin Center team.  If you have an appointment and have not received our new patient forms in the mail, we encourage you to download, print and complete them prior to your visit.  Please bring these forms with you on the day of your visit.  We encourage all new patients to arrive a minimum of 15 minutes early to allow for processing of forms.  Thank you for your help.
